Leadership and Motivation

Devina is a M. A, B.Ed., and has been in the field of education for 22 years. During this time, she has played multiple roles. As a teacher teaching secondary school students, a head of a Teacher's Resource Centre, a resource person for the Times of India Newspaper in Education program, a faculty in the Symbiosis Language Institute teaching English to adults, a Chief Supervising Examiner for the class 10 ICSE exams for 10 years, a teacher facilitator to enhance classroom teaching and a judge for various inter- school debate and elocution competitions. Currently she is a lecturer at Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao Junior college.
