Atchuthan is a Training Consultant and a Life Coach. He has been practicing training and coaching for a little over a decade. His primary role is to guide clients through the transition which happens during a learning process. His vision is to partner with organizations, institutions, and individuals to enhance self-knowledge, sharpen skills, develop a successful mindset and achieve purposeful goals by inspiring meaningful actions. He upskills Individuals on breakthrough knowledge on various subjects like Communication, Personality, Customer Service, Leadership, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Self Help. He acts as a catalyst and seek to broaden an individual’s thinking so that they become self-reliant and dynamic. His responsibilities also include developing skills, reducing knowledge gaps, designing instructional material and learning activities. Depending on requirements he uses a variety of training methods such as group coaching, one on one coaching, or e-learning tools.
